We are Vance and Brenda Barritt.
In the local food scene there are a lot of adjectives being used like “pasture raised”, “grass finished”, “free range” and more… but there is no single definition of those labels as each operation does things a bit differently, based on their goals, values and locale. We want to help you to get to know us better, to know how we do things and why. We are learning and we learn best from the questions and conversations we have with our investors (you!) so please comment on the pages or get directly in touch with us. We aim to be honest, upfront, and to learn together.
